Shipping Resellers
We ship your order free of charge in The Netherlands from € 500,00.  
For all other countries in Europe, you see the cost for shipment in your check-out.
We aim to process your order as quickly as possible while making sure your order meets the quality standards World Coffee Gear represents.
We strive to deliver your order within a couple of days, depending on destination and transportation services.

Tax Resellers
No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for items that are shipped to all countries belonging to the EU.
The items’ prices and shipping costs will always include local (your address/country) VAT. Except when you filled in your VAT account.

For cosumers additional VAT are charged for items that are shipped to all countries belonging to the EU.
The items’ prices and shipping costs will always include local (your address/country) VAT.
 
Packaging
All purchases made at worldcoffeegear.eu will be packed in a safe and protecting packaging.
Branded products will be packed in their branded gift boxes ánd an extra protecting carton.
 
Returns Resellers
You can only return within 2 days of your order delivery date. The product could be wrongly sent or have a damage.

Process
We check your sent form and will send you our reaction with follow-up.
Please note that resellers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Check
We check your returned item for quality. Upon approval, we will change damaged or wrongly sent products. If a refund is agreed upon, it will be
processed within 14 days after your return has been received in our warehouses.
We regretfully cannot assume liability in cases of loss, theft, or damage to the returned parcel.
 
Exclusions
Please note, any item which is bespoke made to order, designed or adapted specifically for your use, or items which are hygienically sealed and have
been opened (for example mattresses, toilet seats etc), cannot be returned for a refund.
