Temperature control down to the degree 
Simply turn the knob, select your desired temperature from 57°C to 100°C / 135°F to 212°F and the Stagg EKG does the rest. As a result, you always know what the exact temperature is. 

Fast warm-up time
The Stagg EKG has a lightning-fast warm-up time due to its 1200-watt heating element.  

60-minute hold mode 
When the switch on the back is in HOLD mode, the Stagg EKG will maintain the desired water temperature for 60 minutes. 

Brew stopwatch 
After the water is heated, Stagg EKG's built-in Brew Stopwatch can time your preparation for the perfect cup of coffee.
