Which Airscape products can be customised?
Imprinting is available for all Airscape series, including the top lid. Laser engraving is available exclusively for the Airscape Steel series and is not available for glass or ceramic Airscapes.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum quantity for laser engraving is 36 items per series. For imprinting, the minimum quantity is 48 items per series.
Which artwork files do I need to provide?
Please supply your artwork in .AI or .EPS format. Your enquiry should also include the Airscape SKU, required quantity and preferred logo position.
What is the maximum artwork size?
Laser engraving supports artwork up to 100 × 150 mm. The maximum size for pad printing is 100 × 30 mm. Round printing is available on request.
How much does laser engraving cost?
The one-off logo setup cost is €60. Engraving costs €4.75 per item for the Airscape 250 and 500, and €5.75 per item for the Airscape Kilo. Prices exclude VAT and shipping.
How much does imprinting cost?
The setup cost is €70 per colour and the screen-printing cost is €70 per colour. Imprinting starts from €3 per item. Prices exclude VAT and shipping.
Will I receive a proof or sample?
For engraving, approval is based on photographs of an actual engraved Airscape. Photographic approval is included with a confirmed order; without an order, the cost is €35. A digital imprinting proof is included with a confirmed order; without an order, the cost is €25.
How long does customisation take?
Laser engraving generally requires approximately 2–3 weeks after final written approval and payment. Total production and delivery typically take approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on the technique, quantity and delivery destination.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated separately and depend on the total order volume and delivery destination. They will be stated clearly in your quotation.
